A Taste of Cellular Bodies
2021
Edible taste receptor mini sculptures as a chocolate box set, with an accompanying graphic and text piece (A3 and pdf) that considers a speculative state where the process of cellular adaptation and renewal has sped up.
By tasting our environment and ingesting the organic matter and microbes around us, how might our bodies shift and morph on a cellular level in very immediate reaction to the taste of earth, algae or seeds?
The project existed as a web page and digital down load for along with an edition of 10 boxes that were sent out.
Commissioned by One Cell At A Time.
